近日,国际高性能学术会议SC23 (International Conference for High Performance Computing, Networking, Storage, and Analysis)在美国召开,本次会议吸引了来自全球的高性能计算、体系结构领域的学者和专家参加。我中心研究员迟学斌、王彦棡、正高级工程师王珏和硕士研究生时雨萌参加了此次会议,分别做了题为“ANT-MOC: Scalable Neutral Particle Transport Using 3D Method of Characteristics on Multi-GPU Systems”和“Large-Scale Simulation of Structural Dynamics Computing on GPU Clusters”的报告。

前者依托“东方”超级计算机形成了核材料计算、中子输运模拟、结构力学仿真和多物理耦合计算等一系列数值反应堆软件(ANT-MOC),该软件是我中心自主研发的大规模三维中子输运求解软件,在“东方”超算16000个异构加速器上实现高达千亿规模特征线的中子输运方程求解。ANT-MOC工作荣获了SC23大会的最佳论文提名和最佳学生论文提名。后者针对大规模计算中存在的批量稀疏矩阵向量乘效率低和负载不均衡问题,自主研发了HARSA-FETI软件。该软件将反应堆结构动力学和多物理耦合,实现了一个自适应负载均衡框架,在“东方”超算12800个异构加速器上实现了中国实验快堆全堆芯百亿网格流致振动模拟。
