现任中国科学院计算机网络信息中心先进网络技术与应用发展部先进网络系统研发实验室主任，高级工程师，硕士生导师。 主要研究方向为网络体系结构与关键技术、移动通信技术，长期从事分布式智能网络架构设计和移动互联网优化技术的研究与实现。截止2021年，先后主持6个国家级和省部级项目和子课题，包括国家科技重大专项“新一代宽带无线移动通信网”项目、工业和信息化部工业互联网创新发展工程项目、北京市科委5G重点培育项目、中国科学院青年创新促进会基金项目、企业横向委托课题等等。与产业界广泛开展各类合作，部分技术和研究成果已在真实网络中得到应用。 在国内外核心刊物和国际会议上发表论文20余篇，申请相关专利30余项。

先后承担了国家科技重大专项“面向工业制造的5G业务研发与试验”、北京市科委重点培育专项 “5G超高清视频传输与处理关键技术研发及示范”等多个项目，相关成果发表在ICC、GlobalCom、WCNC等国际学术会议与期刊。
