现任高性能计算部副主任,中国科学院大学岗位教授,博士生导师。长期从事高性能计算与生物信息学交叉科学领域的研究工作,在Nature、Nature Genetics等期刊发表论文70余篇,总被引用3万余次。代表性算法体系MSIsensor在2017年获得美国FDA批准,被国际上700余个临床研究项目所应用。曾获2015年美国10大临床研究成就奖(排名:8/33),入选2022年美国斯坦福大学发布的“全球前2%科学家榜单”。
主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金面上、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划、中国科学院先导专项等10余项课题/项目。
