承担科研项目等情况
      作为中国科学院网信建设工程基础设施平台总设计师牵头负责面向AI4Science网信基础设施的总体规划、建设集成、运行服务等工作,总体负责国家骨干互联网络“中国科技网”和国家科研云网设施“中国科技云”的建设运营和智能化转型。
      作为项目负责人、课题负责人或总体技术负责人承担了国家发改委人机物融合信息基础设施创新与实验平台智能运管创新平台研制建设,工业和信息化部产业再造专项项目,科技部国家重点研发计划课题、中国科学院战略先导专项、中国科学院“十四五”科教基础设施建设专项智能运管项目中国科学院信息化建设专项、中国科学院信息化运维专项、国家发改委中国下一代互联网示范工程等科研课题和工程任务。担任全球计算联盟AICOS专委会轮值主任委员、亚太高级网络组织(APAN)智能化网络工作组联席主席、中国互联网协会算网云协同系统工作委员会副主任委员,工业和信息化部北京互联网交换中心顾问专家、互联网域名管理技术国家工程实验室技术委员会委员。作为主要起草人编撰互联网国家标准(GB)多项、在国内外顶级会议和顶级刊物发表多篇论文,2020年获得“北京市科技进步二等奖”。
