研究员，博士生导师，本科毕业于中国地质大学（武汉）计算机科学技术专业，博士研究生毕业于中国科学院遥感应用研究所（现中国科学院空天信息研究院）。2016年首批入选中国科学院王宽诚率先人才计划。
近年来，作为负责人主持各类科技项目36项，其中国家重点研发项目、中国科学院先导、特种行业专项、工业强基等任务15项，第一发明人获得授权发明专利9项，软件版权登记29项，发表高水平学术论文15篇。
